This has been one of the most-requested lenses for us to test, so it's with great pleasure that we use it to mark our return to active test-posting. While expensive lenses don't always justify their prices, the Canon 24-105mm f/4L is one that clearly does - at least, on cameras with APS-C size sensors like the EOS-30D (we tested on an EOS-20D).
