TVision is a web-site specific, a virtual public art on line. The video creature, a dummy with a TV head , lives a digital existence but needs the active presence of public that take care of him feeding it and interacting with him as a surreal tamagotchi. Biography
Alexandro Ladaga and Silvia Manteiga are the founders of ELASTIC Group of Artistic Research. Alexandro Ladaga (Italy) & Silvia Manteiga (Spain) work with digital media, video, electronic music, and live video performers , mixing new technology with a philosophical approach. They have made a great number of site specific public art installations in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, UK, Canada and the USA since 1999. Elastic had partecipated in a project about the relationship between body and new technology for the Festival Temps d’Images, produced by the Venice Biennial. They have been artists in residence at The Kitchen (New York) and they have presented their last projects at the XIV Quadriennale di Roma, the Digital Convergence at The Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago and at DIVA, the first Digital Video Art Fair in NYC . They are authors of the essay Moving Layers: Contextual Video in Art & Architecture.

Biography
Ronan HERVE, known as Ron.x, is a both a flash coder and a visual artist(drawing,paintings,video,sculpture).
He is a breton (Finistere, west of France) and moved to Paris in 2002 to mix up his passions of art and computer…he met Thibaut CAUDRELIER, musician and webdesigner from Noisy Le Sec, at the MLV University. They founded INTERZHONE which is a group of experimental video creation. In 2005 they create the flash experiment Hattatsu.
