Rounding out the company's CES show announcements, Olympus has unveiled its shockproof, waterproof, freezeproof, shakeproof Stylus Tough-3000 digital camera. Able to survive a drop from 5 feet, to capture photos at up to 10 feet underwater, and even to be used in temperatures as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit / -10 degrees Celsius, the Olympus Stylus-Tough 3000 offers a twelve megapixel image sensor and an Olympus-branded 3.6x optical zoom lens with a useful 28mm wide-angle. Olympus: Three new Stylus digicams

Continuing Olympus' Consumer Electronics Show announcements, the company has unveiled the Stylus-5010, Stylus-7030 and Stylus-7040 - all based around 1/2.3"-type, 14-megapixel CCD image sensors. The Olympus 5010 couples its sensor to an Olympus-branded 5x optical zoom lens with a generous 26mm wide angle, while the Olympus 7030 and 7040 both feature Olympus-branded 7x optical zoom lenses with a useful 28mm wide angle.
