Anchor band at shoulder level. Hold both ends together in both hands. Turn to the side and step away from the anchor until your arms are straight and there is mild tension on the band. Keeping your arms straight and parallel to the ground, twist at the torso and pull the band across to the other side of your body. Then slowly return it. Work one side then the other.
