Washinglton and Hurricane Hanna: Backwards veiw to Rosslyn

This video is on the blue line from Arlington Cemetery Station to the Rosslyn station, showing the outside going into the tunnel during tropical storm Hanna. There were significant delays on the metro(the biggest I saw was 15 minutes between trains on the red line). The Metro area got over 5 inches of rain that day.Notice at 1:27, there was a power surge on the left back wheel towards the forward motion. I caught the huge sparks that came from it and it caused the whole train to shake for a few seconds.
